Alljährlich lädt die TSG Leihgestern zu Fronleichnam zum Volkswandern und Rad fahren ein. Daneben finden noch Wettkämpfe mit überörtlicher Beteiligung, ums Laufen statt. Ferner gibt es von einigen Showtanzgruppen Darbietungen. Die VolksfestStimmung war heute nicht so ausgepägt, da nach dem anfänglichen kurzen Regen die Sonne ausgeblieben ist.

Donnerwetter
Eigentlich über dem Solmsbachtal geplant. Doch überraschend hat jemand eine Dusche bestellt, was nicht so schlimm war. Doch mit einem kräftigen Blitz und anschließendem Donnerwetter in der Nähe hab ich es vorgezogen die Tour sausen zu lassen.

Dianaburg Ulmtal Lahntal ab Leun
Bei herrlichem Radlerwetter eine Überaschungstour ab der Gemeinde Leun an der Lahn gemacht. Einfach ab Leun die Lahnberge hoch und weiter. Zuerst ein Kriegerdenkmal entdeckt. Weiter zur Dianaburg und oberhalb vom Ulmtalstausee die Erneuerung der Hessenfahne vom Geschichtsverein Holzhausen beobachtet. Danach den ruhigeren Teil der Runde genossen.

Am ehemaligen Bahnhof von Reddighausen bin ich los.

Die Haune + die Rhön = schön
Ab dem P-Platz vom Kegelspielradweg, in Hünfeld, geht es los. Zuerst ein ganzes Stück die Haune Flussaufwärts bis kurz vor Wiesen. Richtung Werthesberg, durch den finsteren Rhönwald zum Schlagberg und in Rimmels den Nesseltalradweg befahren. Über die Nisse zum Steinkreis weiter nach Allmus. Glas trifft Rad
Eine gemütliche Radtour auf festen Wegen war geplant.
An der Wenkbach vorbei zum Limesturm. Von dort zur Warte bei Grüningen mit einem Abstecher zur alten Burg. Pffff.
Weiter geht's über Arnsburg , Muschenheim, nach Münzenberg. Unter der Burg entlang nach Oberhörgern. Am Steinbruch vorbei, über Holzheim zurück nach Hause.
