The Kainsbacher mill was converted from its old location in Nieder-Kainsbach in 1983 to Michelstadt, expanded and brought back to life. A modern drive technology makes demonstrations possible for the visitors. The technical and cultural historical monument is open three times a week: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 13:00 to 17:00.
