One of the district's organic farms.
"In summer 2005 Matthias Keßler and Corinna Dahl leased the Hof Quellen.
After studying agriculture and gaining experience on various organic farms, they wanted to become self-employed with a leased farm and direct marketing.
They have converted agriculture with grassland, arable land and animals to organic farming and have been a recognized organic farm since 2008. Meat and sausages are marketed by our own animals, other regional organic companies, and bread cereals for a Hamburg organic bakery.
