The motor mill in Edemissen-Blumenhagen has been undergoing continuous restoration for museum use since 2009.
In 2019, it was expanded to include a mustard mill and, in addition to mustard, also offers artisanally ground flours.
Various creative varieties of mustard and flours are available for purchase - be sure to try them.
