Spa Park on Lake Ammersee

The Kurparkschlösschen with the beautiful Kurpark is one of the landmarks of the municipality of Herrsching. Numerous festivals, concerts and art exhibitions take place in the spa gardens during the summer months. Walkers, cyclists, athletes and those looking for relaxation are out and about in the Kurpark in all seasons. Wedding couples also appreciate the picturesque scenery of the parks by the lake.

The romantic castle was built in 1888 as the summer residence of Munich-based painter Ludwig Scheuermann. The building is a landmark of Herrsching. It is today the seat of the registry office, venue of the cultural association and is used for representative purposes.
