Gialiskari Beach (Anidri Beach)

Hiking trails lead along the rugged Anidri Gorge. Follow the paths, and they'll lead you to the hidden gem of Gialiskari Beach. With crystal-clear waters and a tranquil atmosphere, Gialiskari Beach is the perfect haven for a refreshing swim or a serene day by the sea. You can rent deckchairs and there's a beach bar.

Gialiskari Beach is a pebble beach, but is still recommended due to its quiet and secluded location and crystal clear water.Sun loungers and parasols can be rented, there are toilets and an excellent beach cafe with good food.

The beach is a dream. It can be reached by car on a gravel road that is easy to drive on. There are a number of shady trees and a rustic beach bar. You can book loungers on site (as of 6/2023 €4 per day or 2 loungers with umbrella €10). From here you can walk to Sougia in about 3 hours (approx. 10 km, 450 HM, T1) and take the boat back to Paleochora in the evening.
