The Virnsberg "Holy Sepulcher" is one of the most beautiful and most important of its kind in terms of art history. It is a monument to earlier piety, which at the same time commemorates the great past of the Teutonic Knights and its Virnsberg commandery. It was built between 1760 and 1770 for the chapel in the Teutonic Order Palace.
