Bückeburg Castle is always worth a trip! The mausoleum in the adjacent park is particularly worth seeing.

The castle had already been rebuilt several times, most recently in 1563 in the Renaissance style. Prince Ernst gave the palace a new look: he had the outer palace portal built with the flanking administration buildings, which form a semicircle with the main building. In addition, the chapel received an early baroque wooden decoration.
