Tips
From the 'Il Grillo' restaurant, along the SP 257, you follow the Crinale 00 itinerary, with a suggestive panorama which on one side sees the imperious Monte Nerone and on the other the mountains around the upper Tiber valley and Città di Castello.
Along the route there is the shrine of the "Madonnina del Tartufaio e del Cacciatore".
From there you can connect to the Bocca Serriola pass via a path that leads through the woods to the refuges of the pass.
The Madonnina is an icon for cyclists, hikers, hunters, truffle hunters, motocrossers and all those who live and frequent the paths of the upper valley.translated by
