Hiking

The Rigi Rotstock is a beautiful summit, right next to the Rigi Kulm. If you prefer it a bit quieter, this is the perfect spot, as there are often fewer people here than on the Kulm. At the summit, you'll find a summit cross, a summit book, and a wonderful 360-degree panorama.

When descending from Rigi to Rigi Staffel station, along this and then along the path visible behind it, which goes off to the left, and then climbing up to Rotstock behind the barbecue hut, it is not so steep. But you can also go directly along the railway line and then slightly left upwards. That is the steep variant.
