The small family cemetery was laid out in 1748 by the Laubscher family. This belongs to the Morschbacherhof, which was only habitable again after the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648). In 1682, the settler Hans Laubscher got the farm as a long lease. The eldest son Abraham became the successor of his father, who died in 1699. The Morschbacherhof has remained in family ownership ever since. The small cemetery is the oldest forest cemetery in Rhineland-Palatinate.

A very special place – with a view of the former Morschbacherhof forester's lodge (owned by the Rhineland-Palatinate State Forestry Service; currently leased).
Unfortunately, there is no bench next to this forest cemetery, but there is a large tree stump for a rest.
