Round stone ground sailer; SIMAV.
Drained the Noordzijde polder together with the Noordelijke Kooiwijkse mill. The latter was replaced by a motor pumping station in 1925. The Kooiwijkse mill was built in 1866 and replaced a dilapidated hollow post mill. In 1960 the mill came to the municipality, which transferred it to SIMAV in 1985.
The mill is operational.
