In the middle of the Ruhr area, on the southwestern outskirts of Bottropist, an unusual park was created ...... the Gesundheitspark Quellenbusch!

Not a classic health resort, but a center that stands for the paradigm shift in health care. Healthy and sick people learn in this place to perceive nature with all the senses. Healing is understood at this site as 1,500 years after Hippocrates again as "Ganzwerden".

The entire complex consists of the health center with adjoining topic-related open spaces, a forest-dominated area for exercise, Kneipp treatments and meditations, as well as an open-plan park

The park is a mixture of park and landscaped garden with action areas and therefore also interesting for a walk with children, because within the park various small "attractions" can be discovered: An artificial Gysir, a Hüpfglockenspiel etc.
For adults who are looking for more peace, the meditation garden, the movement labyrinth or the clearing of colors and scents are more suitable. The park also includes the Revierpark Vonderort.

Between expansive meadows, well-maintained paths, and ancient tree-lined avenues, you'll find wonderful views of nature – ideal for a short break from the hustle and bustle. Those who like can not only enjoy the scenery but also explore the numerous exercise stations, gaze at the wooden pyramid, or simply relax on one of the benches. The view over the park is particularly atmospheric in the early morning or evening hours. A truly relaxing spot on any tour!
