Location: Dierhagen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany
The fog station Wustrow was the only German lighthouse, which served ships for orientation on both the Baltic Sea and on the Bodden and the only lighthouse in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was originally built only as a fog signal station. The fog station does not exist anymore, it was completely demolished. The location can only be seen on the slightly fresher asphalt of the bike path on the dike just before Wustrow.
