VILLAGE POND
The pond belonging to the mill was given a modern design in 2018 as a LEADER project and with funds from the municipality of Legden with a staircase that leads to the water. The planning was carried out by the architect Helmut Schiermann, Legden municipality.

With the help of steel, the water pours into the pond in an initially puristic channel. The significantly larger system used to serve as a water reservoir for the abbey mill opposite.
