    Great 5.5 km lap with either a 4% ascent from Wetzen in the direction of Marxen am Berge (here the town sign sprint gets a special meaning) or vice versa ... from Oldendorf it is nice with 1..2% to Marxen Mountains up, then 4-5% for the final.
    3-10 times in a circle and the legs burn :-)
