Meijepad Cycle Path and Nieuwkoop Water Tower

Very beautiful (small) path on a dike.....water left...water right! And a cute white bridge.
Note: You have to go through a gate twice and it's in a silence area!

As soon as you turn onto the meijepad you have to drive a bit further after the house and then open a folding gate to continue on this cycle path, because of the sheep a little further you have to repeat that again. (watch the gate literally close behind you because of the angled mounting). A little further on there is a high bridge (boats go to the other lake here) that you have to cross and a little further you have another eatery. The Meijepad was completely renovated a few years ago, so you can cycle safely between two ponds with a view of the boats and other water activities.

Watch out for the walkers and keep an eye out for the beautiful special Water Tower!
