The Urdenbacher Kämpe is a nature reserve in the south of Dusseldorf. The Kämpe is a flood area between the Rhine and one of its old arms, the so-called Urdenbacher Altrhein. Due to its national significance, the Urdenbacher Kämpe has been included in the European protected area system Natura 2000 and has since enjoyed international protection.
