Hiking

The Uracher Wasserfall is one of the absolute highlights of the Swabian Jura and, with its total drop of 37 meters in several stages, is one of the highest waterfalls in Germany outside the Alps. It is particularly impressive during the snowmelt or after heavy rain, as a lot of water flows then. Together with the very moist and therefore dense and green forest surrounding it, you feel almost transported to another world. There is a hut directly at the top of the waterfall for refreshments.

The hut is open from March to October daily (weather permitting). Refreshments in the hut itself, large shelter and in good weather numerous beer tables in the meadow.
