The sculpture park was founded in 1996 by the Tennenloh artist Dieter Erhard. Since then, Tennenlohe has developed into an art suburb of Erlangen. Numerous international artists from four continents, from the twin cities and regions and beyond have enriched Tennenlohe with their works.
Art is presented here at four points: in the sculpture garden in the actual sense, on the art meadow by the pond, on Kunstweg I (to the south), on Kunstweg II (to the west and north) and on the sculpture axis in the Reichswald.
You can get flyers with directions free of charge at the Tourist Information Office, Goethestrasse 21a.

At first I was wondering what was standing around in the woods, but on closer inspection it turned out to be an Ironman sculpture. Belongs to the Tennenlohe Sculpture Park

This sculpture from 2016 is in the immediate vicinity of the "source stone" the (currently) penultimate figure in the Tennenlohe sculpture park. "Ironman" inspired the artist Gilbert E Barrera to the figure. nordbayern.de/region/erlangen/texanische-kunst-in-tennenlohe-1.5397589/7.2988543
