The village of Tennenlohe, located in the Knoblauchsland, is a district and a statistical district in the southeast district of the independent city of Erlangen in the Bavarian administrative region of Middle Franconia. Until its incorporation in 1972, Tennenlohe was an independent municipality in the district of Erlangen. The statistical district 52, which includes a large part of the district of Tennenlohe, has around 4,400 inhabitants.
