The "Gut Nette" emerged from a farm "gate Nette" in the first half of the 16th century. The founder of the estate was Jobst von Kerssenbrock.
The estate changed hands over the centuries often the owner. 1674 the manor house (left part of the building) was built by Otto Heinrich von Grothaus, in the 19th century it received its present form. Located on the monastery grounds, the guest house invites you to relax, rest and silence. On the ground floor is the Motherhouse Chapel, where the Eucharist is celebrated daily and the Sisters gather daily for the Daytime Prayer. Guests are invited to participate and celebrate.

The former Gut Nette monastery is now the mother house of the nuns living there. A short rest is worthwhile here.
