Rennsteighaus Brennersgrün

The Rennsteighaus in Brennersgrün surpasses all other Rennsteig houses along the entire trail in service, friendliness, cleanliness, trustworthiness, and fairness!
The building is located directly on the Rennsteig Trail in the town center; it looks like a church. The entrance door features an "Open" sign. Downstairs, there's a room with a built-in kitchen, where you'll find drinks, coffee, cookies, and much more. Everything is "trusted." This atmosphere is maintained and managed on a voluntary basis by the Rennsteig Association. The accommodations are located upstairs. The Töpper family warmly attends to all hikers' needs. Dinner and breakfast are available upon request and at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Modern accommodation right on the Rennsteig with 3 rooms for walkers (two 4-bed and one 2-bed rooms) showers and common room. An evening meal can be taken in a pizzeria nearby (driving service by the owner is offered) or you can take care of yourself.

Super Rennsteighaus.
In contrast to the other Rennsteig houses, toilets can be used free of charge. Fridge was well stocked and so you could buy drinks for a voluntary fee.
