Rock climbing
The Gamshütte is picturesquely situated just above the tree line and forms the conclusion of the first day on the Berliner Höhenweg. This first day is the ascent day from the valley over the Hermann Hecht path, which leads through pretty forest with lush vegetation. Once at the top you will be greeted by the dedicated and nice huts team. Loving care and the best food comfort over it, that the Gamshütte has no hot water.

From the Gamshütte, you, your wife, and your children can enjoy magnificent views of the Zillertal Valley and the surrounding Alpine regions. The extremely friendly and helpful hostess, Corina (since 2018), contributes to a relaxed and enjoyable stay at the hut.
The food and drinks are delicious and tasty, and you quickly make contact with other guests. Showering outdoors was truly refreshing and revitalizing, allowing the stresses of everyday life to simply wash away.
