Once a year, the Stillekinger Lehngericht met at the edge of today's nature reserve Stilleking in the south of Lüdenscheid. All those who had a fief from Neuenhofer Gut Land were obliged to make the appointment. The court met outdoors. Protection from rain and heat offered the foliage of the linden tree. The oldest court of law, dated from 1453, is the court of law, which was dated by the feudal court of Stilleking.
