Once a year, the Stillekinger Lehngericht met at the edge of today's nature reserve Stilleking in the south of Lüdenscheid. All those who had a fief from Neuenhofer Gut Land were obliged to make the appointment. The court met outdoors. Protection from rain and heat offered the foliage of the linden tree.
