Note, the ground is coarse gravel and so you can get (at least I) out of breath. But the uphill is a good basis for training. I can't recommend going down. There are much better ways.

Lots of gravel on the way, but technically never a problem, even for beginners. However, your pulse can quickly reach 190 and is very strenuous. But it's still worth it, very close to nature and a great view of the Alps.
