Description
Former station set up approximately simultaneously with the construction of the railway Aalst-Ronse (1884-1885), present house (line abolished in 1963).
Railway bed from Zottegem as a walking path to the nearby Livierenstraat.
L-shaped detached house of one and a half storey under protruding cutting gable roofs (tiles), in the typical construction style of rural railway architecture from the second half of the 19th century. White-skinned facades. Segment-arched wall openings in flat plastered recessed frames. Former platform facade with point top above the door truss and preserved facade lettering "Opbrakel" under circular window.
