Hiking

Victoria Peak is Hong Kong's premier mountain and the highest point on Hong Kong Island. The observation tower The Peak Tower is located at 379 meters altitude. The actual Victoria Peak with 552 meters height is restricted area and not accessible.

Highly recommended is the 3.5-kilometer "Peak Circle Walk" with the best views of the city.

Hiking

The peak tram is a nice way to get up there but mostly crowded. Take the "central green trail" that brings you up in under one hour with a fantastic view and experience.

The loop walk (in particular the northern part) is a MUST here on the Peak! If the line is too long, this may even be a good replacement for the observation platform...
