There is a seating area and apparently the rock is often used to teach climbing climbing.

"In the Dippoldiswalder Heide there is also the approximately ten meter high sandstone rock called" Einsiedlerstein ", which can also be climbed. Old rectangular depressions can be seen here and there, which served as a reception center for earlier beams and thus indicate an old dwelling. Not far from the rock A regional legend reports that the hermit monk Dippold is said to have lived here. Today it is assumed that this dwelling is connected to the somewhat northwestern Katharinkapelle, which was a Catholic chapel and was demolished in 1539 for the Reformation The foundation walls are still there. Next to the Katharinkapelle are the remains of the second stone table. " - de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dippoldiswalder_Heide#Sehenswerte

The only climbing rock in the Dippoldiswalder Heide. Relatively easy to climb. But the summit book is not so easy to get to. You have to take your hands out of your pockets. 😉
