Magglingen is the place where the Zealanders (and * inside) soak up the sun during winter when the heavy cloud cover lies over the central plateau. From here you can enjoy an impressive view not only over the sea of clouds but also over the Alpine chain. Magglingen is also home to the Eidgenössische Hochschule für Sport (EHSM) and the many facilities scattered over a wide area testify to its activities.

Different roads lead to Magglingen. Follow the main road from Leubringen, then towards Orvin. After about 150 m left through the forest. Then you can choose: left or half-left (look at the map) in any case towards the “end of the world”. And here then e.g. Direction Twannberg, ...
