  • The Korbinian Bridge is an arch bridge over the Isar in Freising. The bridge is named after St. Korbinian, who is considered the first bishop of Freising. Built in 1807/1808 at the same place where a bridge was built in 1642. The bridge over the Isar is responsible for the important position of the city of Freising between the 8th and 14th centuries. The bridge is only accessible for pedestrians, cyclists and bus traffic, and offers a view of Freising Cathedral and the Isar.
