Noctalis Bat Centre Bad Segeberg

In the unique experience exhibition you can discover everything about bats and live tropical bats, meet the eyeglass nose or meet Foxi Flatterinchen, a tame Indian giant female dog who lives there. It has a wingspan of over 1.20 m, weighs about 450 grams and conquers the heart in climbing.

Because: It is dark in the Noctalis. With a flashlight in hand, you can discover an artificial cave and stroll through the night forest with its mysterious inhabitants and sounds.

Noctalis - is the first bat center. It was opened in 2006 and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kalkberg Cave natural monument in Bad Segeberg, one of the largest German hibernation quarters for 30,000 bats.
