The Kaitzbach rises in Kleinnaundorf, at a small spring roundel (but is a surface spring with several tributaries above the small lake (former bath) in Kleinnaundorf. After almost 12 kilometers it flows, partly underground, into the Elbe. According to its name, it flows through the district of Kaitz and also through the large garden.
