The Jungfernbrücke (Jungfern Bridge) is an old, stately arched bridge over a nameless forest stream, strangely located in the middle of the forest, far from traffic and settlement. The construction of this bridge over the stream and its marshy banks was probably necessary to allow wagons to use the formerly important "road" between the former town of Kreyer (abandoned in 1557) and the villages of Naunhof and Steinbach, as well as the Auer-Großenhain postal road (around 1700).
