Ideal for watching the deer with children.

In July 1983, the foundation stone for today's fallow deer gate was laid at the moonshine mill in Breitenau.
In the following years it was extended from approx. 4 ha to 30 ha.
In 1984 the gate was occupied by 10 animals. Its stock has increased, depending on the size of the gate, to 150 female breeding animals with offspring and 16 male breeding animals.
