Very nice, small chapel with a well-made information board. The information board "Auf der Wacht" near Bittenbrunn was set up there in 2018 together with seating. A very nice place to take a break on your tour. onetz.de/oberpfalz/ursensollen/infotafel-fehlnerkapelle-aufstell-id2481855.html and onetz.de/oberpfalz/ursensollen/rastplatz-bittenbrunner-quelle-id2647384.html

The Fehlner Chapel is located directly on the AS 9 district road near Bittenbrunn. In 1927 the master carpenter Johann Fehlner from Häuslöd had a chapel built in honor of the Mother of God on his property between Bittenbrunn and Häuslöd. At that time the forest was not so high and you could see three pilgrimage churches from the square: the Habsberg, the Annaberg near Sulzbach and the Mariahilfberg. The view of the Fichtelgebirge is still fascinating today. Painter Weber from Amberg designed the small altar structure inside the church.
