A beautiful moor landscape in the middle of the Wesermarsch. The small circular route is worthwhile, whether by bike or on foot. There is also an observation tower on the site. From the top you have a view of the moor landscape.

A small exhibition in a former construction trailer provides information about the special features of the landscape and the history of the project. The exploration station in the Bollenhagener Moorwald is open from May to December, i. D.R.SO. V. 3-5 PM open. A volunteer is available to answer any questions. In some cases, guided tours are also offered.

The exploration station is equipped with information boards inside and outside. Information on existing ecosystems and ancient landscapes and cultures in the home area is shared. A large forest picture in the wagon is equipped with 10 diadoramen. In each sits a prepared bird 🐦, whereby voices of the 🐦 can be called up. Furthermore, a 3D animated computer program illustrates the existing floor system.
