The climb is quite challenging. The gradient is sometimes in the double digits. On average it is usually 8 - 9%.
The asphalt is great. Almost like new. It rolls really well 👍
The absolute highlight is a drinking fountain about halfway up the climb, on the right-hand side.
Fresh, ice-cold spring water comes out of there.
You can fill up your bottles there. It's worth it, the water is really great.
