If you drive to Glonn from the southern end of the Steinsee, it goes downhill for a while on a gravel path before the road turns right and rises steeply to Adling. Once at the top you come to this beautiful tree - with bench and cross - and with a very nice view to the south: first the village of Adling (with its own small church of St. Lambertus) and behind it Glonn and the view towards the Alpine chain.
