The "Devil's Tooth" is a freestanding rock that is part of the now protected Zechsteinriffe the Orlasenke. The distinctive rock, with several smaller stones, stands at the edge of a circular depression, possibly an earth fall created by the continued weathering and erosion of softer limestone in the interior of the mountain. As from all reefs and table mountains in the Orlasenke offers a nice view over Pößneck and large parts of the Orlatals.
