The Roman necropolis is one of the most important archaeological monuments in Slovenia. It is located in the center of Champaign and is nicely decorated and accessible. The Roman necropolis is the cemetery of the ancient Romans. The Roman necropolis was discovered by coincidence in 1952. It was finally dug up in 1956 and in 1960 the park was opened. There were more than 100 graves excavated; They are richly decorated with reliefs.
