Through the Molsberger valley - where the thousand streams ripple. A small brook runs along the edge of the path, into which another stream flows every few meters - rippling, rippling, rippling ... :-) Just beautiful, you have to see for yourself. Don't forget that you are in the nature reserve. The trail must not be left.

The Oberes Molsberger Tal nature reserve is located in the upper part of the Molsberger Tal, a deep valley between Förrenbach and Molsbach. Flat is definitely not here.
The area is the oldest designated nature reserve in Nürnberger Land.😲The slopes are criss-crossed by a network of small streams that are fed from 28 tufa springs. These unite in the Molsbach, which flows down the valley over calcareous tuff terraces. The valley is characterized by forests, nutrient-poor grassland, juniper bushes, meadows, fire salamanders, etc.The valley is currently being used again as a hutanger. The Hutanger is a term typical of the Nuremberg region for old pasture land that was grazed by the cattle of a village community.Hut - comes from herding and Anger means wild unploughed grassland.
