The Damlatas Cave (Damlatas Magarasi) is a small grotto at the foot of the Alanya Hausberg. The stalactite jewelry has long lost its beauty and the rock is almost dry. So nothing special.

The Damlatas Cave (Damlatas Magarasi) is located directly at Cleopatra Beach. This cave is an approximately 10,000 to 15,000 year old stalactite cave, which was discovered by accident during quarry work.Basically, this is actually more of a grotto. The cave is really quite small. It is only about 200 square meters and about 30 meters long. There are colorful stalactite columns up to 15 meters high.Due to the healing effect of the cave air and the extremely high humidity, it is particularly suitable for asthmatics. The temperature in the cave is around 22 degrees all year round. Whether it offers a wonderful cooling in the summer is rather questionable, since the high air fencing may then kill you. :-)
