Amalienruhe is the name given to a rocky outcrop with a Bellevue Pavilion on Lake Schluchsee, located on a small peninsula south of the Schluchsee railway line (Wolfsgrund). Even back when tourism in the Black Forest was still in its infancy, a "viewing pavilion" was built on the characteristic rocky outcrop. From Amalienruhe, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Schluchsee landscape and the village of Schluchsee. This romantic setting is a perfect place to say "I do." Amalienruhe is also part of the lakeside trail.
