On the outskirts of Mausdorf is the old chapel made of stone.

Very nice, medieval grain box in which the threshed grain was kept. The masonry consists of different types of stone from the area.

At the entrance to Mausdorf there is a historical rarity of the Upper Palatinate: an old granary, which probably dates from the 17th century, with an attached chapel. The Mausdorfer grain box is the only remaining brick storage room for the harvest of an entire village. A special feature is that the box is built from different stones, namely from yellow-brown Rhaetian sandstone, red-brown iron sandstone, white limestone and gray limestone from the Jura. In the baroque period, a small chapel was added to the north side of the granary. The door arch bears the year 1724. The altarpiece shows the coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven. In the niche below the altar table there is a re-enactment of the body of Christ. the chapel had a wooden tower that was demolished in 1925.
