Hiking
The Süntelbahn was a single-track branch line through the Deister-Süntel valley between Bad Münder and Bad Nenndorf in Lower Saxony. It branched off from the Hanover–Altenbeken railway line and emptied into the Deisterbahn. Its name comes from the Süntel mountain range to the south-west.
