Wouldn’t recommend riding when it’s super muddy as the mud clogs up tires and is un-rideable + will ruin for others.
Have also been told it’s privately owned and the owner very kindly permits riders to use, but does not want people riding or building on the left side (as you look from the road), so definitely best to avoid this section.
