The listed building "Antonienhütte" from 1913 is a shelter and part of the dense, historic hiking trail network around Bad Elster. The Antonienhütte is located above the trout pond (also called the hunter's pond) and was acquired by the city of Bad Elster in 2023.
The property is open to the public due to the supra-regional hiking trail (Vogtland Panoramaweg) that runs above it.
The Antonienhütte already had massive damage at the time the property was acquired.
