The artificial lake of Cignana, also known as Lake Tsignanaz, located at 2,149 meters above sea level, is the largest lake in the valley. Construction of the dam was completed in 1928.
There are several routes that pass through this area and they are all not very technical, so the ride is easy and comfortable. It's not possible to do a complete loop around the lake, but there is a trail that runs along its southern and eastern shores.
