The Pilgrimage Chapel of Our Lady in Valliertegg is a pilgrimage chapel near the village of Reschen am See in the municipality of Graun in the Vinschgau Valley in South Tyrol. It was built because a hay wagon full of children and animals fell into the gorge. The farmer vowed that if he found them alive, he would build a chapel. When he reached the gorge, he found the children and animals safe and sound, and so he built this beautiful chapel, which is unfortunately closed. There are many benches and tables nearby, inviting visitors to rest.
